The Sea Glass Company operates under UK opening times of 9am to 5pm  Monday to Friday.  However, we are a global company and will sometimes respond outside of these hours when needed.

Free Postage includes signed for second class delivery by Royal Mail which can take up to 3 days and on occasion has taken 5 days depending on location.

All standard packaging includes protected packaging.  Optional extras include a sustainable drawstring bag or silver gift box, each of which is included in the images of each product.

Why us? I have often asked this question of my supporters and clients and they have said it is the passion for what I do, from finding a piece of sea glass on the beach to creating a piece of jewellery.  They love the attention to detail and my genuine love of not only what I find, but what I do with each piece.  I do have the advantage of not being able to duplicate anything I do, because everything I produce is totally unique, just like you. I have also been told it is the variety of art and creative projects that also keeps them interested and they often wonder what I am going to do next.

I offer a 30 day return policy and in the unfortunate event of any damage caused by postage, that photos are taken and sent, before returning.
As the purchase comes with free postage, with the exception of damage caused by postage, the cost and safe return is the buyer's responsibility.
